Once design or development work has started, refunds are not applicable. Instead, we provide revisions within the agreed scope to ensure the project meets expectations.

3. Partial Refunds
In special cases where no substantial work has been delivered, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made for completed milestones, third-party tools, apps, or services are non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
