Each project includes a fixed number of revisions. Extra revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may cost extra. Final files and credentials are handed over after full payment.

5. Intellectual Property
Ownership rights transfer to the client after full payment. Devnix Solutions may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality
All client information, project files, and credentials remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by the use or inability to use delivered projects. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and website.

8. Third-Party Services
Some projects may include third-party tools or apps. Devnix Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers.

9. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated. Either party may end a project with written notice, subject to payment for completed work.
